About

I am a mum, a wife and a fashion designer for the past 14 years. I’ve always been passionate about health and well-being. Even though I love a night out too. As a teenager, I’d do Pilates in my bedroom with an old manual and cut workouts out of Bliss magazine, never imagining I’d become a Pilates teacher one day. Over the years, I’ve studied naturopathic nutrition, biomedicine, aromatherapy, and other holistic practices to try and help people feel better, and now it all feels connected.

Pilates became a lifeline for me during a tough c-section recovery and a period of postnatal anxiety. It didn’t just heal my body—it helped my mental health and body image too. That transformative experience gave me the drive to share this incredible practice with others, and that’s how MerciFit was born.
Helping people heal, strengthen, and feel good about themselves gives me such a deep sense of purpose. It really feels like this is the path I was always meant to be on.

MerciFit Pilates is for everyone— this page is a space to uplift, inspire, and bring more positivity into your life. I don’t believe in beating yourself up or killing yourself to get in shape. It has to bring you joy and come from a place of love and care for yourself—that’s the only lasting way to truly get fit and stay fit. I wish I’d always known this. I embrace a holistic and mindful approach to fitness and well-being, (no weird diets), promoting balance in both body and mind, with of course a sprinkling of disco music —because I love adding sparkle into my life and yours too!

My biggest hope is that some inspiration from this page, or one of my classes makes you feel amazing.
