April Online Pilates – Every Wednesday at 7:30 PM
Join me every Wednesday evening in April for a full-body Pilates session designed to strengthen, stretch, and restore. Each class focuses on mindful movement, core control, balance, and flow — helping you reconnect with your body and release the stresses of the day. We’ll finish with soothing stretches, breathwork, and a calming guided meditation written by me, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for a restful evening.
All levels welcome. Move, breathe, and unwind from the comfort of your own home.
(Unfortunately I cannot cater for anyone over 12 weeks prengnat, under 12 weeks postpartum or spinal injuries, as due to the nature of online classes I can’t to custom corrections and adaptations.)
